Terms of AMC

Payment Terms:-

The AMC amount shall be paid in 100% Advance, on date of the commencement of the contract.

Terms & conditions:-

  1. Period of the contract is mentioned and specify on the Annual Maintenance Agreement.
  2. The customer shall be responsible for providing proper power and internet source to the equipment’s.
  3. This contract is not covered cable, connector, adaptor, mouse, accessories and broken or burn device due to any reason. Contract is not covered if any major condition like earthquakes, floods, lightening, strikes and other social disturbances.
  4. If a product goes for repair, the company will provide a replacement standby, if the part or product remains in buffer stock.
  5. The problem will be solve within 5 to 12 working hours from the time of complain. But service may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
  6. Preventive maintenance (PM) frequency of every 3 months.
  7. Public and National Holidays will not be included in the AMC contract.

  9. It will be the responsibility of the customer to provide ladder/stool/chair for repairs.
